• Independent Study Mentorship (ISM) experience - Participated in an independent study course targeted for gifted and talented students, which allowed me to interview multiple professionals in the technology field.  As part of the curriculum, I solicited and acquired a mentor at a small development firm, BottleRocket Apps.  The outcome of the course was that I developed a small social media application available for an iPhone under the guidance of my mentor and at the end of the semester I presented out at the city wide ISM festival, which included teachers, family and mentors across all the ISM classes in Frisco.
